Boursin Cheese Dip
You'll be addicted to this rich, creamy cheese dip making it a staple at every dinner party!
Boursin is great not only for dipping but also basting gamey meats. Chef Jamey particularly loves it on a rack of lamb.
4 oz Fresh Thyme
4 oz Fresh Chives
4 oz Oregano
4 oz Basil
1 Log Goat's Cheese (room temp)
3 lbs Cream Cheese (room temp)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Chop all fresh herbs and combine with cheeses.
Serve with crackers, crostini or an assortment of crisps.
